Gold Coast Soccer Inc. have directed all Clubs on the Gold Coast to conduct Player Registrations on line this year utilising www.myfootballclub.com.au
Brisbane Clubs commenced using this system last year and report that after some initial teething problems (that we know about now) the system is time efficient, reduces manpower, costs and increases efficiency for the Clubs to communicate and provide services to members.
All players can now go online and process registration applications for Robina.
A number of people have trialled the system and report that it is functioning and relatively straight forward. The information includes a help line should you require personal assistance.
To commence processing it would be handy to have your FFA number and access to last year’s email address. If you no longer have these, you can seek them or have them re-set through the system.
Members that have dropped application forms in to the Club will need to process their application on line – apologies for the duplication – we have been building our knowledge and skill on the new system and have found that individuals need to process their own applications.
The system will issue you an invoice for payment and registration payments will be accepted this Saturday 4 February 2012 between 8am and 12 pm.

There are (three) processes to register on the new system, MyFootballClub.
1. Not Played Before
2. Played before in Gold Coast Soccer region and know your (players) FFA number
3. Played before in Gold Coast Soccer region and do not know FFA number
Go to www.myfootballclub.com.au
Not Played Before: A new account will need to be set up for the new player – follow the following process:
1. Select “Register Now” from the Home screen (located centre screen)
2. On the next screen select “Player Registration”
3. Select “I have never been registered before and would like to create an FFA account to commence the registration”
4. Complete the account information – you will be issued with an FFA account.
5. Select “2012 Player Registration” on the right side of the page.
6. With your FFA Registration Number (that you just created) click on your name and proceed to the login screen. You will need to generate a password using your email address.
(If your email address does not match with data in MyFootballClub – Contact FFA support on (02) 8020 4199 or myfootballclub@footballaustralia.com.au to update your email and log into the system). (This will allow you to generate a new number and password. These details will be emailed to you immediately and you will be able to login from there).
Played Before – know your FFA number and password
1. Select “Register Now” from the Home screen (located centre screen)
2. On the next screen select “Player Registration”
3. Select “I know my FFA number and I am ready to proceed to a login screen to retrieve my password and or complete my registration”
4. This is the login screen enter your FFA number.
5. Enter password if know or request a password through (Need a password?)
6. You will be given two options which will allow you to find your FFA number, retrieve a password and enter the system.
o If you can find your number, click on your name and proceed to the login screen. You will need to generate a password using your email address.
If your email address does not match with data in MyFootballClub – Contact FFA support on (02) 8020 4199 or myfootballclub@footballaustralia.com.au to update your email and log into the system.

7. Once you have your FFA number and Password enter and make complete the registration
Played Before – Do Not know your FFA number and password
1. Select “Register Now” from the Home screen (located centre screen)
2. On the next screen select “Player Registration”
3. Select “I have been registered as a player/referee/coach/volunteer before but need to find my FFA number prior to completing my registration”.
4. Enter name and Date of Birth details and search
If you can find your number, click on your name and proceed to the login screen. You will need to generate a password using your email address.
If your email address does not match with data in MyFootballClub – Contact FFA support on (02) 8020 4199 or myfootballclub@footballaustralia.com.au to update your email and log into the system. If you can't find your FFA Number don't panic! folow the links to creating anew account, or click here

Selecting Our Club
1. When you log in for the first time click “Make a Registration Now”.
2. View and update your contact details (if necessary)
3. Type in our Club name which is Robina City Soccer Club Inc.
4. Under Select Role: choose “Player”.
5. Select Level Enter Club Package ie: Under 6 – Under 11; Under 12 – Under 18; Seniors.
6. Our Club Package for this level will be inserted (Where family’s are registering 2 or more children please note that the family discount has not been applied and will need to be manually processed by the Treasurer – please contact him to arrange at 1) email treasurer@robinasoccer.com or 2) at the Club.
7. Click Add.

Acknowledging Terms and Conditions
Read and Acknowledge all Terms and Conditions and Click Next
Payment Options Screen
You will be sent an invoice via email.
Refer to the Club’s website for a schedule of days for Registration payments
You will have the Opportunity to Purchase additional items
Membership fee (one per family is required to be paid with registrations)
Equipment will be For Sale at the Club – please refer to Time Schedule for Equipment Shop on website and Facebook.
Answer Additional Questions
Save All Answers and Click Next.
Your Registration is Now Complete
You are now pending awaiting approval or pending awaiting payment. The Club Registrar will now complete the final step of accepting your registration. We will contact you directly to advise the next steps.
