⚽️ IMPORTANT for Mini-roos (6-11s), Girls teams, 16s and 18s

“Dear Colleagues

Please be advised that the draws have now been published via SportsTG. Thank you for your patience whilst we completed this process which is often a challenge with consistent movement throughout the draws with teams withdrawing and new teams entering.

Another challenge we face for the first three weeks of the season is ground/field availability whilst we hold our Grading Carnivals and also whilst some Clubs have no field availability due to an overlap with other sports, etc.

The MiniRoos and Saturday Girls competitions have Round 1 available to view, in the next couple of days we will have Rounds 2-3 available to view also.

U16 Girls, U16 and U18 Boys who all have games scheduled on a Friday night can see their draw in its entirety.

Please be mindful that we should all expect some movement throughout the draws in the coming weeks whilst teams settle into their divisions, etc. I would strongly recommend that parents, players, coaches, managers, etc. are all advised to monitor the draws closely via SportsTG for any changes as they occur.

You should also note that a handful of games are scheduled at venues that do not belong to either the home or away team, these have been restricted to being played at Ormeau Football Club who have very kindly offered to allow us to use their fields whilst we struggle with availability.

Please also note that some of the younger Girls competitions that would normally be scheduled on a Saturday have been moved to a Friday night but all Clubs involved have been informed separately.

Please do not utilize MyFGC for a list of future fixtures until your draw is published in its entirety as it will not be accurate at this time whilst I work on the draws back end in SportsTG.

Should you have any queries could I ask you to email them to me rather than via telephone please just whilst I continue to work on the draws.

Many Thanks

Hayley George

Monday - Fields Closed 😢
We just finished our Coaches Meeting, and the recent deluge, build up of water, and predicted weather leads us to close the fields for Monday. We note that many clubs have also made the early call so people can plan ahead.
